I believe I promised a couple of weeks ago to share with you a recipe for an amazingly delicious lemon curd flapjack I had been working on. So here it is………………….
Laura's Naturally Sweet Blog
Light, fluffy chocolate cupcakes with a hint of raspberry and a dash of coconut, topped with a divine coconut raspberry frosting and drizzled with smooth dark chocolate – cupcake heaven!
A fruity, light and fluffy blueberry stuffed lemon cupcake with a tangy but sweet and creamy frosting these are quite possibly the world’s best lemon and blueberry cupcakes.
Light and fluffy with an intense rich chocolate flavour - so good - honestly I have been dying to share this recipe with you. After all chocolate cake is definitely a staple when it comes to any recipe selection.
Plump juicy raisins coated in a delectable coconut milk chocolate – what could be better? I mean I know it is a truth universally acknowledged that a single man in possession of a fortune everything is better covered in chocolate. (Sorry Jane!)
When I was about seven my school sent a message home to my parents (I’m sure it was aimed at my Mum) to provide me with two empty and cleaned pineapple tins.
My Mother has just finished making my niece the most fabulous apron. The fabric is a farmyard scene with horses, dogs, sheep, pigs, ponds with ducks, chickens, tractors and apple and pear trees – hang on I’ll see if I can get a photo………….
I honestly wish that I could pass a piece of this cake through the computer screen so you get taste it. Words are failing me as I try to describe the sheer deliciousness of each mouthful.
A couple of weeks ago I was asked to post a recipe for Butterscotch Tarts…..not one that I have in my repertoire. My first thought was ‘yummmmmmmmm!!!!!’
What says Happy Valentine’s Day better than a box of these perfectly fruity, chocolately Valentines Strawberry Filled Chocolate Hearts?
Tangy, sweet and irresistible this decadent dessert is soooooo divine and soooooo delicious that it is definitely not one to miss out on.
Sweet, delicious and ever so slightly moreish. This is almost a breakfast flapjack but it is one of those that could easily be taken out for lunch – or anytime time that you are on the go and need a nutritious, filling snack to hand.
Now these taste exactly as chocolate chip cookies should taste but there is absolutely no flour in them! Now don’t get me wrong I’m not against alternative flours – almond, tapioca and coconut ranking amongst my favourites but sometimes it’s fun to try something new.
Okay there are a few food groups (yes food groups) that, if you’ve been reading for the last few months or so, you probably already know I love.
Loaded with raisins, chocolate chips and chopped hazelnuts these cookies are the last word in the luxury treats. If you love hazelnuts and chocolates I promise you you’re going to LOVE these........
Fruity, crunchy, chocolatey and delicious - this chocolate bark is, for me, truly represents Christmas.
Christmas is not Christmas in my house without mince pies. Apart from the years when we went against the grain and had ice cream for dessert (ooooooo mince pies and salted caramel ice cream – yum – storing that away) on Christmas day, mince pies have always been the pudding of choice.
Plump and fruity with a hint of spices – mincemeat is a quintessential necessity at Christmas. What I love most about this recipe is you really can use whatever dried fruit you happen to have at hand.
It’s caramel, it’s coconut ice, no it’s caramel – actually it’s caramel coconut ice!!! Super sweet, delicious and totally moreish!
Now I have always LOVED hazelnut chocolate spread (or Nutella) for as far back as I can remember! When we were children, because my sister was allergic to dairy, we didn’t have Nutella. My mother bought us this amazing dairy-free version.
