Rich Chocolate Orange Mousse
You know those days when only something really really really super chocolatey will do? It’s not a day for half measures and you’re looking for something you can pretty much mix and eat. Well if you’re having one of ‘those’ days then this is definitely the recipe for you!
Is it chocolatey? Yes. Is it very very chocolatey? Yes. Is it very very very chocolatey? Oh Yes! What’s more it can be ready in 5 minutes. I mean you can leave it in the fridge to set for 30 minutes – I mean really you can but you can also eat it IMMEDIATELY and given the choice……………………………………………..where is my spoon?
I pretty much always have some chocolate drops in the fridge – you never know when you are going to need them for double chocolate cookies, eating, adding to peanut butter ice cream, eating or even melting into Chocolate Orange Mousse. If you happen not to have some in the fridge I’ve added the recipe at the bottom – as the chocolate is melted you can add it straight into the mousse.
